Apple Standard End User License Agreement
Recupera is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your license to use Recupera is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless RJK Digital Ventures LLC provides a separate custom agreement.
By downloading or using Recupera, you agree to the applicable Apple App Store terms and license agreement.
Purpose of Recupera
Recupera is designed as an organizational and recordkeeping tool to help users track matters such as refunds, reimbursements, warranty matters, claims, returns, billing disputes, rebates, money or property owed, and related documents, notes, deadlines, and communications.
Recupera does not independently verify the accuracy of information entered by users.
No Legal or Financial Advice
Recupera does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, accounting, or professional advice. Information presented within the app is intended only to help users organize and track their own information.
You should consult an appropriate qualified professional when professional advice is required.
No Guarantee of Recovery
Use of Recupera does not guarantee that you will receive a refund, reimbursement, settlement, warranty resolution, payment, replacement, or other recovery.
RJK Digital Ventures LLC is not responsible for decisions made by merchants, insurers, employers, government agencies, financial institutions, service providers, or other third parties.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Information you enter into Recupera
- Verifying important dates and deadlines
- Maintaining appropriate documentation
- Following the rules and procedures of organizations with which you have claims or disputes
- Protecting access to your device
- Maintaining appropriate backups where applicable
You should not rely exclusively on Recupera as the sole record of a legally or financially important matter.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Certain Recupera features may require a subscription or other in-app purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's subscription policies.
Availability and Third-Party Services
We may modify, improve, remove, or discontinue features of Recupera from time to time.
Recupera may rely on services provided by Apple or other technology providers for features such as cloud storage, notifications, subscription management, device services, or other functionality. Use of those services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable provider.
Privacy
Use of Recupera is also subject to the Recupera Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RJK Digital Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Recupera.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Recupera, applicable laws, or business practices. The latest version will be posted on the RJK Digital Ventures website with an updated revision date.
