Getting Started

Create a new case and enter the information associated with the refund, reimbursement, warranty, claim, dispute, or other item you are tracking.

You can use Recupera to keep important details together, including:

• Company or organization involved
• Amount or item owed
• Important dates
• Reference or confirmation numbers
• Notes and status updates
• Receipts, photos, and supporting documents
• Follow-up reminders

Reminders

Recupera can use notifications to remind you about follow-up dates and important deadlines.

Notification permissions can be managed from your iPhone or iPad under Settings > Notifications > Recupera.

Documents and Attachments

Depending on the features available in your version of Recupera, you may be able to attach photos, receipts, documents, or other information to a case.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you store in Recupera is accurate and appropriate for your use.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Recupera may offer optional paid features through Recupera Pro. Subscriptions and purchases made through the App Store are processed and managed by Apple.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions and select Recupera.

Subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased or subscribed to Recupera Pro using the same Apple ID, use the Restore Purchases option within Recupera when available.

App Store Refunds

RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not directly process App Store refunds. Requests for refunds for purchases made through the App Store must be submitted to Apple.

Important Information

Recupera is an organizational and recordkeeping tool. Recupera does not:

• Submit refunds or claims on your behalf
• Contact merchants, insurers, employers, or other organizations on your behalf
• Guarantee reimbursement or recovery
• Process financial transactions
• Provide legal advice
• Provide financial advice

Always verify deadlines, requirements, balances, and other important information directly with the appropriate organization.
