Information You Enter Into Recupera
Recupera allows you to organize information relating to refunds, reimbursements, warranties, claims, disputes, returns, and other matters you choose to track.
Depending on the features you use, this information may include:
- Case names and descriptions
- Amounts
- Company or organization names
- Dates and deadlines
- Reference numbers
- Notes
- Status information
- Receipts, photos, and documents
- Other information you choose to enter
RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not require you to enter highly sensitive information into Recupera. Users should avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information whenever possible.
Data Storage
Information created in Recupera is stored using the storage technologies provided by the app and Apple platform.
If Recupera uses Apple's iCloud or CloudKit services, information synchronized through those services is handled through Apple's systems and associated with your Apple services according to Apple's applicable privacy and security practices.
RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not sell Recupera user information.
Apple Services
Recupera may use Apple-provided technologies and services related to app distribution, in-app purchases and subscriptions, notifications, iCloud or CloudKit, device functionality, and App Store services.
Apple may process certain information as part of providing these services. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's own policies.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions made through Recupera are processed by Apple through the App Store. RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not receive or store your complete payment card information.
Apple may provide developers with limited transaction information necessary to validate purchases, manage subscriptions, and provide purchased functionality.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Recupera may use Apple's notification services to provide reminders and other app-related notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Analytics and Diagnostics
Apple may provide developers with aggregated or diagnostic information about app performance, crashes, installations, or usage depending on your Apple privacy and analytics settings.
Any additional analytics technologies used by Recupera will be reflected in this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures.
Sharing of Information
RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not sell or rent personal information collected through Recupera.
Information may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate app functionality or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally within Recupera may generally be removed by deleting the applicable records or deleting the app.
Information synchronized using Apple services may also be subject to Apple's storage and account-management features.
If Recupera provides account-based or server-side data storage in the future, this policy will be updated to explain applicable deletion procedures.
Children
Recupera is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by Recupera. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Apple device, Apple ID, device passcode, and other credentials.
Your Privacy Choices
You can control many privacy-related settings through your Apple device, including notifications, photos, camera permissions, and other system permissions used by Recupera.
Permissions can generally be changed under Settings > Privacy & Security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Recupera evolves. Changes will be posted on the RJK Digital Ventures website and the effective date will be updated when appropriate.
