Terms of Use

Using TidyShelf means accepting these terms.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and RJK Digital Ventures LLC ("RJK," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the TidyShelf application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TidyShelf, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

A personal license to use the game.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TidyShelf on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code from, bypass protections in, or commercially exploit TidyShelf except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Play fairly and lawfully.

TidyShelf is an entertainment application. Game rules, level layouts, themes, scoring, progression, unlocks, rewards, and available features may vary by version and may change as the product evolves.

You agree not to use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to manipulate purchases or game state through unauthorized means, or use automated or technical methods to defeat intended gameplay or access controls.

Purchases are handled through Apple.

TidyShelf may offer optional paid features, content, level packs, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. The exact products and prices available to you are shown in the app or App Store at the time of purchase.

• Apple processes App Store and in-app payments. We do not receive your complete payment-card details.
• Any subscription terms, including renewal timing and cancellation options, are shown before purchase and are managed through your Apple Account.
• If a Restore Purchases option is offered, it is intended to restore eligible prior purchases associated with the Apple Account used to buy them.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies and processes.

We may change future prices or product offerings, but changes do not alter the terms of a completed one-time purchase except where required to maintain compatibility or comply with law or platform requirements.

TidyShelf content belongs to RJK and its licensors.

The app, including its artwork, interface, characters, levels, themes, music, sound effects, visual designs, text, branding, and other original content, is owned by RJK Digital Ventures LLC or used under license and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your license to use TidyShelf does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Your privacy is governed by the TidyShelf Privacy Policy.

The TidyShelf Privacy Policy explains what information the app may process, how device permissions and diagnostics are handled, and how purchases or supported storage features may interact with Apple services.

You are responsible for maintaining your device, Apple Account, backups, and any other settings needed to preserve information or progress that the app stores locally or through supported Apple services.

The app will evolve.

We may add, modify, rebalance, replace, or remove features, levels, themes, content, compatibility, or other parts of TidyShelf. We may also stop distributing or supporting the app.

We may update these terms when necessary. If a change is material, the updated page will show a new effective or last-updated date. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

TidyShelf is provided as is.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TidyShelf is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, or that game progress or content will always remain available.

Limits on responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJK Digital Ventures LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to TidyShelf, including loss of data, progress, purchases, profits, or device access.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability related to TidyShelf will not exceed the amount you paid for TidyShelf or its paid features during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different result.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Apple is not a party to these terms.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for TidyShelf. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where required by its policies or applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to TidyShelf.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Illinois law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory local protections, you retain those protections.
