By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Prism Expanse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License
RJK Digital Ventures LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prism Expanse on compatible devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass protections in, or commercially exploit Prism Expanse except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Game content and changes
Prism Expanse is an entertainment application. Levels, objectives, energy pieces, devices, progression, artwork, compatibility, and other features may change as development continues. We may add, modify, rebalance, replace, or remove content or stop distributing the game.
Purchases and services
Future versions may offer optional purchases, content, or third-party services. Any available products and prices will be shown in the app or platform store at the time of purchase, and the platform provider's terms may apply.
Privacy
The Prism Expanse Privacy Policy explains what the current build stores, how local game progress is handled, and how future services will be described.
Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism Expanse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. RJK Digital Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the game, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Prism Expanse. The applicable platform terms also govern your use of the game.
