RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not sell personal information. Prism Expanse has no account system, no sign-in, and no player database operated by RJK Digital Ventures. Your gameplay progress remains on your device.
Prism Expanse is in development. The information and services described here may change as the game moves toward release, and this policy will be updated when material changes are made.
Gameplay data
Prism Expanse records gameplay events on your device—such as levels attempted, results, and abilities used—to help balance the game's difficulty. These are stored in a file on your device alongside a random identifier created at install; they are not linked to you, and they are not uploaded to RJK Digital Ventures or any third party.
You can turn off gameplay-data recording at any time using the Share gameplay data switch in the game's menu.
Game settings updates
Prism Expanse may download a small game-settings file from RJK Digital Ventures when it launches, so that level difficulty can be adjusted without an app update. The request contains no personal information and no gameplay data. As with any internet request, the server that provides the file receives your device's IP address. If the file cannot be reached, the game uses the settings it already has.
Purchases
Prism Expanse offers optional in-app purchases of Prism Shards. Purchases are processed by Apple; RJK Digital Ventures LLC does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials. Apple provides the purchase status needed to deliver what you bought.
Advertising
Prism Expanse may show optional rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Where required for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game presents Google's consent prompt before an advertisement is requested. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the game's menu. Advertising is optional and is not required to complete the core game.
Diagnostics
Prism Expanse does not operate its own crash-reporting service. Apple may provide limited crash, performance, or diagnostic information when you choose to share analytics with app developers. This information may be used to identify bugs and improve app reliability.
Third-party services
Prism Expanse relies on Apple for platform distribution and standard on-device services, and Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertising and related consent functionality when those features are enabled. Development builds may use simulated service interfaces. If a future feature relies on another third-party service, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
Data we do not collect
Prism Expanse itself does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or browsing history. Gameplay events and the random install identifier are not linked to you and are not uploaded to RJK Digital Ventures or any third party. The game does not require a public profile or personal contact information to play.
Your choices
You can turn off gameplay-data recording at any time using the Share gameplay data switch in the game's menu. You also control whether you share analytics with app developers through Apple settings and when you remove locally stored app data from your device.
Data retention and deletion
Locally stored gameplay data remains on the device until it is removed through the app, cleared through device controls, or deleted by uninstalling the app. Information Apple may process for platform services is retained according to Apple's own policies.
App Store disclosures
Apple's App Store privacy disclosures are maintained separately in App Store Connect and are intended to reflect the app's current code and applicable third-party SDK data practices. This page is the public privacy policy and does not replace those disclosures.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Prism Expanse features, data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
