Where is my data kept?
On your device. There is no account and no server. See the
privacy policy.
Why did it not fill in a date from my scan?
ComplyBox only fills in an expiration date when the document states one
clearly under a label it recognises. When it is unsure it leaves the field
empty and offers you the dates it found, because a wrong date is worse
than a blank one. You can always type it in yourself.
Why did a reminder not arrive?
Check that notifications are allowed for ComplyBox in iOS Settings, and
that the item has an expiration date with at least one reminder that has
not already passed. Settings inside the app shows how many reminders are
scheduled.
What does the free version include?
Five active items, with scanning, text recognition, and reminders all
included. ComplyBox Pro removes the limit. Reaching the limit never
removes or hides anything you have already saved.
How do I cancel?
In iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ComplyBox Pro.
