Use of CliVisit
CliVisit is designed to help service businesses communicate service-visit information to customers, including scheduling, reminders, arrival notifications, service-status updates, delays, and completion notices.
You agree to use CliVisit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and messaging-consent obligations.
Account and User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, and ensuring that information entered into CliVisit is lawful and appropriate for the intended service purpose.
SMS Messaging Terms
CliVisit may be used to send service-related text messages, including:
- Scheduled visit notifications and reminders.
- Technician or service-provider arrival notifications.
- Service-status and delay updates.
- Schedule-change notifications.
- Completion notifications.
- Other communications directly related to a requested or scheduled service visit.
Message frequency varies based on service activity and the status of the customer's scheduled visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are handled according to the CliVisit Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent and Messaging Compliance
Businesses using CliVisit are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before sending SMS messages and for honoring opt-out requests. A recipient must affirmatively agree before being enrolled to receive service-related text messages.
Acceptable Use
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages.
- Do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages without required consent.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Service Availability
We work to keep CliVisit available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Messaging delivery may depend on third-party networks, carriers, service providers, device settings, and other factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
CliVisit, including its software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by or licensed to RJK Digital Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, CliVisit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RJK Digital Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of CliVisit.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of CliVisit after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
